Facility Use Program

Please review the School Rental Contract Packet which includes policies regarding the use of the SEBRSD school facilities. School groups may submit requests directly to the school. All non-school groups/organizations are to coordinate with the District Billing Office for the request of any school property/facility use.

Please provide an email address and allow up to two weeks for approval. A general liability insurance policy will need to be provided with all requests, as well as CORI check form(s). If the requesting organization is non-profit, proof of 501(c) status will also need to be provided. Requests will not be processed without these documents.

Please note that as of AUG 1, 2015, Section 47A of chapter 71 of the Massachusetts General Laws requires all coaches to be CPR certified. A signed copy of the CPR Statement of Acknowledgement will need to be completed and returned for all athletic organizations.
