When registering a student during the closure, please send in all of the required documents to:
Student Services, 302 Main Street, Spencer, MA 01562, or scan them to the district registrar, Susanna Sadusky, at email@example.com.
Starting on Tuesday, May 26th, we will be making appointments for anyone who needs to pick up registration forms, or drop off registration forms.
- These appointments will be Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- ONLY ONE PERSON will be allowed into the building per appointment.
- You must wear a mask into the building.
- Please call Sue Sadusky at 508-885-8515 ext. 1, or Patty Thibault ext. 0 to make your appointment.
- All registration appointments will be at David Prouty High School.
