Uncertainty can make it hard to organize your thoughts. Often we may feel anxious, helpless, frustrated, and confused at times. Processing these feelings can come in many forms, one of those forms being journaling. Journaling allows you to be creative in the ways you focus on your thoughts and emotions.
Journaling can be done in free-form or guided. This lesson emphasizes the importance of journaling for some and provides basic writing prompts to help you think about what direction you might want to follow with your writing. Writing may seem awkward at first, but keep trying as you might grow to like this new medium.
