We're BACK!
After a rocky end to 2025 with a burst pipe that put David Prouty out on an early holiday break, we are back tomorrow, Monday, January 5th, right on schedule (almost--please see the two-hour delayed opening schedule, below)!
We would like to acknowledge and thank the EXTRAORDINARY efforts--and we mean EXTRAORDINARY--of all the construction-related teams, as well as building maintenance staff, Central Office, and Superintendent of Schools Dr. Paul Haughey for the time and work that it took to clean up, assess, repair, and safely prepare the building for our return. Despite some devastating setbacks, the enormous amount of work completed in the short amount of time over break is nothing short of remarkable. Please thank anyone related with the building project, as well as our custodial and maintenance staff, for the incredible hands-on work it took getting us back open on time!

Basketball Play Resumes Monday Night!
Come see the repaired gymnasium, which has been readied for our girls to take the court on Monday, January 5th at 6:00 p.m.! Come join us for a rousing welcome to the New Year and celebration of resilience!
As we enter another fabulous winter season of play, please remember that fans are an important part of the experience for our athletes! Being a supportive fan includes positive, uplifting conducts towards both teams and ensuring respectful discourse during the game or meet. The Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association holds member schools to a high standard for consistently good sportsmanship! This means respect in what you say, do, support, and display. Set the example and be a Panther fan that others remember for cheering loud, being positive, and staying respectful of all players, coaches, and fans of both sides!

Inclement weather, snow / ice delays and cancellations will be sent by the district when decisions about school have been made and you will receive automated calls and texts. Please be sure your most updated contact information is on file with the schools. Posts will also be made on the District's Facebook page. Snow days will impact the last day of school, which will be noted in Important Dates & Reminders, below, as well as being listed in the Events section of the DPHS website.
