SEBRSD

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I hope this letter finds you recharged, ready and prepared for an outstanding new school year ahead. As a reminder, students in grades 1-12 begin tomorrow, Tuesday, August 29th, and our Preschool and Kindergarten students return on Tuesday, September 5th.  Please note that school will be closed for Labor Day weekend on Friday, September 1st and Monday, September 4th. As well, many of us will also be taking part in the Spencer Fair this holiday weekend.

The start of the school year promises a new beginning, filled with lots of new opportunities for everyone, as we move forward and begin a new this school year.  From the classroom to extra-curricular activities, I encourage each and every one of our students to get involved and take advantage of the many offerings available throughout our regional school district. There is something for everyone: clubs, sports, music and the performing arts.  Take a risk, get involved, and make the most of the year ahead!

As always, I thank you for your continued partnership and support of the Spencer-East Brookfield Regional School District. Let’s make the 2023-2024 school year one filled with teaching and learning with purpose, growth and belonging.  It begins with each and every one of us working together.

Sincerely Yours,

Paul S. Haughey, Ed.D.
