EAST BROOKFIELD, MA - The Extended School Year Program created special “FUN SALADS” today thanks to Brianne Pulver, Director of Food Services, and her summer staff. Not only did she suggest the theme, but she hosted the event in East Brookfield Elementary School’s cafeteria.
The event began with a description and tasting of each vegetable and ingredient available and students took it over, creating their own personal salads!
