In Case You Missed It... Earlier this week, Prouty boys’ and girls’ XC teams ran their inaugural meet on the new track and cross country course. The boys came away with wins over Southbridge and Quaboag. Connor Cormier took 1st overall with a 19:57 — setting the course record. On the girls’ side, Ava Sandberg finished 2nd with a 27:30, setting the new mark for DPHS girls. Boys: Connor Cormier – 1st: 19:57 (overall course record) TJ Lewis – 5th: 21:30 Aiden Mason – 7th: 22:51 Jayce Acevedo – 9th: 24:12 Jordan Culvert – 10th: 30:43 Girls: Ava Sandberg – 2nd: 27:30 (DPHS girls’ course record) It was also great to see boys’ soccer, football, and the cheerleaders out cheering for the runners and showing their Panther Pride. 🧡🖤🐾 #DPHSXC #PantherPride #GoPanthers #CrossCountry David Prouty Sports David Prouty HS
