✨ A Kitchen Transformation at Knox Trail Middle School! ✨
Over the past two years, we’ve put a lot of love, time, and hard work into updating the kitchen at Knox Trail Middle School. We’ve been slowly replacing old and worn-out equipment, and our new serving line is the finishing touch!
The new serving line really brings the kitchen together and gives us more opportunities to offer variety and daily choices to our students, while also allowing us to showcase the amazing work our food service staff put in every single day.
We are so proud of how far the kitchen has come and excited about all the possibilities this updated space will bring! Here’s to creating great meals and even better experiences for our students. 🖤 🧡

This summer was truly one for the books! 🎉 Not only did we reach both our small and big goals, but we also had the opportunity to serve more students than ever before during a summer break.
I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve this community for another summer and for everyone who helped make it so meaningful.
Now, we’re turning the page and getting ready for another amazing school year! ✨ Here’s to another year of growth, connection, and making a difference!
